Senior Manager, CV / Repatha Omnichannel Search, GEO & AI Answer Engine

Hybrid - Once a month on campus

What you will do

You will serve as the CV/Repatha business lead for GEO, partnering with GCCI and the GEO vendor to translate enterprise GEO strategy, customer search behavior, and AI-answer-engine insights into brand actions. You will help prioritize opportunities, operationalize recommendations, and ensure GEO insights are integrated into brand planning, customer engagement strategies, and omnichannel activation.

You will help translate insights from Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, ChatGPT Health, ChatGPT Healthcare, ChatGPT Clinician, Perplexity, Claude for Healthcare, Claude, Grok, Meta AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), OpenEvidence, Medscape AI, Medscape One, Medscape M1, Doximity, DocAI, DoxGPT, OstroHealth, Ostro, and other emerging answer environments into practical CV / Repatha implications.

You will establish a learning connection from search and AI answer behavior into content planning, web experience, analytics, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Privacy, GCCI, agency, and enterprise platform teams. You will help teams understand what HCPs, patients, caregivers, and practice teams are asking; what sources AI systems cite; where content gaps exist; and which approved content should be structured, refreshed, or made easier to find.

For CV / Repatha, final pre-prescribing questions are often clinical in nature, including patient identification, efficacy, and safety. This role helps ensure the organization can understand these questions and translate them into approved, findable, credible, measurable, and actionable digital experiences without overstating brand, clinical, or regulatory authority.

This role manages its remit end-to-end: strategy translation, planning, requirements, cross-functional alignment, execution readiness, deployment coordination, performance measurement, insight generation, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead CV / Repatha search, SEO, GEO, AEO, AI answer visibility, zero-click search, answer-engine readiness, and cross-platform search intelligence across HCP and DTC audience strategies.

•    Build a practical query-to-answer and answer-to-action framework that helps teams prioritize high-value customer questions, structured answer blocks, FAQ strategy, schema considerations, content discoverability, and source authority opportunities.

•    Partner with Modular Content Operations to convert search and AI-answer learnings into Job Initiation Brief (JIB) inputs, MAC matrix updates, content briefs, answer blocks, FAQs, web content enhancements, Sales and Marketing Communications (SM Comms) opportunities, and modular content priorities.

•    Monitor and synthesize AI visibility, brand visibility score, citation share, citation rank, citation rank list, share of voice, brand sentiment, cross-platform search behavior, AI answer analytics, answer-page engagement, and content gap insights. This is a partnership with GCCI and the GEO vendor who will have the tools and measurement frameworks to perform these audits. Brand GEO lead would help translate insights into ELL framework, and help GCCI define business priorities to tailor insights.

•    Partner with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Privacy, Patient, Cardiovascular, Primary Care, GCCI, Omnichannel, Analytics, Technology, agency, and enterprise platform teams to ensure approved content is structured, discoverable, credible, measurable, and actionable.

•    Support content and experience recommendations across RepathaHCP.com, Repatha.com where applicable, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AEM Sites, Ostro, approved question-and-answer experiences, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), schema, structured data, and digital experience platforms.

•    Translate learnings from OpenEvidence, Ostro, search analytics, AI answer behavior, partner content, authority signals, digital public relations (PR), entity authority, citation authority, and social proof into practical recommendations for content and customer experience planning.

•    Operationalize GEO signals across omnichannel and field channels by defining activation strategies, business rules, and engagement triggers that translate insights into coordinated customer engagement

•    Help CV / Repatha adapt from creating content for channels to publishing an authoritative, structured, measurable, and continuously optimized ecosystem of approved answers.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
