Role Summary

As the Obesity Platform owner, you’ll own the entire patient journey end to end, enrollment, commerce, loyalty, HCP experience, with a mandate to make starting and staying on treatment as effortless as anything else in a person's life. There's no roadmap to inherit here, there's one to write, backed by a launch that will shape how an entire category thinks about the consumer experience. This is a builder's role, for someone who wants their product decisions to be the reason people actually stay on their medicine.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end customer journey and digital experience strategy

Consumer platform functionality, product roadmap, and feature prioritization

Enrollment and patient experience

Pharmacy and fulfillment relationships that get therapy into patients' hands

Commerce model and experience optimization

CRM and loyalty strategy and execution for consumers

Vendor and technology partner relationships that power the platform

HCP platform experience and navigation to content

Represent platform strategy, roadmap, and performance to senior Pfizer leadership

Leadership Capabilities

Sets a clear platform vision and rallies a cross-functional team of marketing, product, engineering, and agency partners around it

Builds trust with senior stakeholders across enterprises

Coaches and develops leaders who report into this role as the team scales

Comfortable making judgment calls with incomplete data

Demonstrated ability to influence and align peers who do not report to them, and to develop and guide the work of other leaders toward a shared outcome

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

12+ years of experience in digital consumer products, e-commerce, or platform leadership, including direct revenue or P&L accountability

Proven track record building or scaling a consumer-facing digital platform or e-commerce business

Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to ship consumer-facing features against a roadmap

Preferred Qualifications

Merchant-style experience running an e-commerce business, not only a marketing function around one

Healthcare or wellness-space experience preferred

Experience with CRM and loyalty platforms and with vendor and partner management at scale

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $214,900.00 to $358,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
