Job Description

In the Business Excellence & ACE transformation function, as a Senior Data Science Project Lead & Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning to drive actionable insights and support decision-making across various departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance our business strategies.

       Data Analysis:

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in close collaboration with the Data Scientist

Perform advanced analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that impact business outcomes

Analyze the output of predictive models to optimize business performance.

Validate and identify inputs to optimize models using machine learning techniques to ensure accuracy and performance.

Generate and synthesize insights to feed business and/or address business needs for analytics needs and provide actionable insights.

Supervise and support junior team members in conducting data analyses.

Support continuous improvement efforts in data collection, analysis, and reporting within the data analytics community and capitalize on best practices

      Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data solutions into existing workflows.

      Data Management:

Know data management processes.

Understand data pipelines and repositories.

Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

       Trends

Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.

Explore and evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Participate in the design and execution of pilot projects and proof-of-concepts.

       Reporting and Visualization:

Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and KPIs.

Use visualization tools to create intuitive and informative visualizations.

Automate reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.

       Cross-functional collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product management teams to understand their data

Participate in meetings and discussions to share the results of the analysis and contribute to the development of effective business strategies.

        Data Science Project & solution management

Contribute, on behalf of the affiliate, to the management of DS projects deployed by Europe or Global

Ensure local/global coordination and coordinates local actors

Ensure project and solution management at a local level

Qualifications

1. Analytical and problem-solving Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.

Strong analytical thinking to break down business problems and identify data-driven solutions.

Experience with data mining and statistical applications in a business context.

2. Technical Skills:

Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.

Master data visualization tools (e.g., CONTOUR, WORKSHOP, Power BI).

Master Palantir platform

3. Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role

Experience in commercial performance data analysis within the pharmaceutical sector is required.
