About the Role:
Takes lead responsibility for the digital enablement and compliance of core engineering processes, focusing on clinical manufacturing and laboratory equipment and translating global requirements into digital systems.
Your Contribution:
Serve as Global Process Owner within EaM for designated engineering processes, ensuring effective governance, compliance, and alignment across interconnected business processes and supporting systems.
Act as Global Key User and subject matter expert for digital engineering and maintenance platforms, driving system optimization, user adoption, and business value realization
Ensure engineering business requirements are translated into scalable, compliant, and efficient digital solutions through close collaboration with IT, system owners, and business stakeholders
Support the harmonization and continuous improvement of global engineering standards, guidelines, and best practices across engineering processes (e.g. Calibration, Equipment/Asset (Lifecycle)- and KPI Management); accountable for selected process areas
A good Match:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical qualifications and proven professional experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and competencies
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Engineering, Compliance orMaintenance Excellence within a regulated industry (Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or similar)
Understanding of engineering processes, equipment lifecycle management, calibration management and operational excellence methodologies.
Extensive SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) expertise is an essential requirement for this position
Experience leading global process improvement, digitalization, or system implementation projects
Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical digital solutions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and process-oriented mindset
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in an international environment
Good German language skills and very good English language skills
