Your Role:
Responsible for end-to-end sourcing activities within assigned categories/products, including supplier identification, evaluation, onboarding, negotiation, and performance management. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, cost savings, and compliance with company standards.
Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned categories/products.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers/vendors.
Issue and manage RFQs/RFPs; analyze quotations from commercial and technical perspectives.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and contract terms with vendors.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, quality, planning, operations) to align sourcing requirements and ensure project success.
Maintain sourcing trackers, cost sheets, supplier databases, and procurement documentation.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and deliver measurable value improvements.
Conduct supplier performance reviews; address and resolve supply-related issues.
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to company standards and policies.
Support supplier audits, sampling, and qualification processes as needed.
Execute sourcing activities within SAP/ERP or equivalent systems (POs, vendor master data, and related workflows).
Who You are:
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and bid analysis.
Familiarity with supplier audit, qualification, and performance measurement methodologies.
Proficiency with SAP/ERP or similar procurement platforms.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
Systems and Tools
SAP/ERP (or equivalent procurement platform) for purchase orders, vendor master data, and sourcing workflows.
Spreadsheets and procurement documentation tools for cost tracking and reporting.
