We are seeking a results-driven Scientist to join our Bispecifics and Antibody Engineering Department, supporting the production, purification, and functional characterization of next-generation antibodies across multiple programs. In this role, your work will directly impact the therapeutic pipeline while contributing to the development of new platform capabilities, in a fast-paced environment alongside diverse, cross-functional teams.

Work model/flexibility: Onsite

Discover your role:

Perform molecular biology techniques to generate expression constructs, including DNA isolation and sequence confirmation

Conduct transfections for protein production at multiple scales

Purify biologics using chromatography platforms, including affinity, ion exchange (IEX), and size-exclusion chromatography on ÄKTA systems

Characterize proteins via immunoblotting, SDS-PAGE, thermal stability, and UV/Vis spectrophotometry

Perform properly controlled biochemical and cell-based assays (e.g., ELISA, AlphaLISA, flow cytometry, phagocytosis, cell activation, and cytolytic assays)

Troubleshoot bioanalytical and cell-based assay data to inform iterative optimization

Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate biological function in vivo

Maintain accurate records in Benchling and electronic lab notebooks (ELN)

This role requires:

B.Sc., M.Sc., or related degree in molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, immunology, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant academic or industry experience

Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to experimentation

Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to evolving program directions and timelines

Preferred: hands-on experience with cloning, antibody expression, antibody purification and characterization, and cell-based bioassays

Preferred: experience with in vivo disease modeling
