SAP CCM/SD Pricing Consultant

The minimum monthly gross compensation for this role is 15360 PLN, with final pay determined based on objective factors such as experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and internal alignment.

This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as performance‑based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.

For Digital Hub Warsaw, we are looking for:

SAP SDM Pricing Consultant

We are in search of a skilled SAP S/4 FSCM/FI-AR Consultant to become part of our Bayer Contract to Cash IT team to manage our global S/4 HANA based ERP platform which we are rolling out worldwide under the program named CORE. The ideal candidate will partner with our business and IT Contract to Cash team members to design as well as manage the CORE template solution and deployments of CORE in countries focusing on Customer Credit, Collection and Dispute Management inclduing satelite integration of Digital Payment and Cash Allocation solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with technical expertise in the SAP module Financial Supply Chain Management and/or FI-AR to suport to our organization's operational and project needs.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

Design, implement, deploy, enhance and support our global template solution within S/4 FSCM and FI-AR for Bayer’s business processes worldwide

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement credit, collection, dispute solutions as well as customer account reconsilations solutions including integrations to payment and cash allocation platforms that align with business objectives and operational requirements

Stay updated on SAP FSCM/FI-AR features, integration options, enhancements, and best practices to continuously optimize and improve our S/4 HANA landscape

Participate in support activities (Incidents, Q&A, Service Requests, Root-cause analysis, bug fixing...)

Management of and collaboration with external IT Operations suppliers as well as SAP

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 5 years overall IT Experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution. Minimum 1 year experience in SAP CCM or SD Pricing / Rebate Management.

Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SD Pricing, Rebate Management or SAP CCM

Knowledge in SAP TRM, SAP Digital Finance, SAP APIs, and integration tools are beneficial

Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus

Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders

Previous experience working internationally or within cross-cultural teams is highly desirable

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
