As the Requisition to Receipt Optimization Expert you will report to the Requisition to Receipt Global Process Owner. You will identify and implement improvements to the requisition to receipt process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, supporting the overall global process owner.

Main responsibilities:

Process Design & Optimization: Design and continuously improve end-to-end Requisition-to-Receipt (R2R) processes, implementing best practices, automation opportunities, and intelligent workflows including guided buying, supplier punchouts, and catalog-driven purchasing for Direct and Indirect procurement.

Problem-Solving & Analysis: Lead comprehensive root-cause analysis of process inefficiencies (maverick buying, delayed receipts, approval delays) and drive data-driven continuous improvement using advanced analytics to identify optimization opportunities and measure transformation impact.

Technology & System Enhancement: Partner strategically with IT and platform owners to configure and optimize R2R systems, define functional requirements for automation initiatives, and champion deployment of next-generation digital tools (mobile receiving, AI-powered assistants, self-service portals).

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and analyze critical procurement KPIs including PR-to-PO cycle time, receipt compliance rates, supplier performance, cost savings realization, and user adoption rates to track transformation success.

Compliance & Governance: Define and enforce standard operating procedures ensuring DoA compliance, purchasing channel governance, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with internal control, audit, and risk management teams to maintain robust policy adherence.

Stakeholder Engagement & Expertise: Serve as primary business liaison and subject matter expert for R2R across global business units, providing expert consultation, training, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration between procurement, finance, operations, and supplier management teams.

Change Management & Adoption: Lead change management initiatives and continuously enhance the guided buying experience to drive successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and procurement methodologies while optimizing compliance and minimizing user friction.

About you

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting)

Master’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred

Experience:

Proven experience in Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay processes, ideally within a large, multinational organization

Deep understanding of S2P processes and best practices

Experience with S2P systems and related technologies

Experience in implementing source-to-pay technology solutions (e.g., e-invoicing, spend analytics) preferred

Knowledge of SOX as it applies to S2P processes preferred

Experience in healthcare and/or life-science industry preferred

Experience in establishing and developing shared service capabilities and services preferred

Soft and technical skills:

Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

Proven influencing skills in driving adherence to core model through collaborative efforts

Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective collaborator with strong trust-building and influencing skills

Results-oriented with strong analytics skills; ability to drive operational excellence through data-driven insights

Ability to lead change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Ability to work transversally and within a highly matrixed environment

Languages:

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

The salary range for this position is :Ft13 171 200,00 - Ft19 756 800,00 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
