Job Description:
1. Customer Segmentation & Tiered Management
Develop and implement a systematic approach to customer classification and prioritization within the region.
Build and maintain a robust regional KOL and expert network, developing tailored engagement plans for each tier.
2. Regional Strategy Implementation
Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly regional marketing plans
Proactively monitor and analyze regional market dynamics, including competitor activities, regulatory changes, and healthcare policies, and adjust regional strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
Design and execute regional academic promotion activities
3. Business Insight & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and synthesize regional market data, sales performance, and customer feedback on product efficacy, safety, and usability.
Generate timely business insight reports with actionable recommendations to support product lifecycle management and strategic optimization.
Track and report competitive intelligence, sales dynamics, and emerging issues within the region, proposing solutions as needed.
4. Regional Team Enablement & Empowerment
Provide product knowledge training, clinical evidence updates, and professional guidance to the regional sales and marketing support team.
Enhance team capabilities through coaching on disease-state knowledge, rare disease product information, and customer engagement skills.
