This role drives trusted, evidence-based engagement to support the effective communication of AstraZeneca’s scientific data and therapeutic advancements. The MSL collaborates with cross-functional teams to facilitate product launches, medical education, and research initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategies and compliance with regulatory standards. Through continuous scientific development and field presence, the MSL contributes to advancing patient care and strengthening AstraZeneca’s leadership in Biologics.Key Responsibilities:·    Build and maintain trusted relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and key stakeholders across the Biologics space.·    Spend approximately 70% of time on field activities, including scientific exchange, stakeholder engagement, and visit preparation.·    Develop and execute strategic KEE engagement plans, ensuring clear objectives, relevant data sharing, and scientific alignment.·    Deliver timely, balanced scientific updates and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in compliance with regulations.·    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pre- and post-launch activities, including diagnostics and brand strategy.·    Support local research initiatives, advisory boards, speaker training, and external medical education programs.·    Act as the internal expert on therapeutic area trends, clinical practice insights, and competitive landscape intelligence.·    Provide scientific support for formulary listings, product launches, and AZ-sponsored medical events.·    Continuously enhance expertise through congress attendance, AZ trainings, and the 70-20-10 learning model.·    Ensure full compliance with AstraZeneca and industry code of conduct, SOPs, and ethical standards in all scientific interactions. Job Requirements:·      Medical Doctor (MD) or Pharmacist/Clinical Pharmacist.·      2+ years of experience in Medical Affairs in a similar position preferably in a Multinational Company.· Experience in Biologics is preferable, in Respiratory and/or Immunology TA is an advantage.·      Proven stakeholder-management track record with KEE, HCPs, and cross-functional partners.·      Excellent scientific knowledge, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.·      Flexibility to travel between Jordan and Lebanon and as business needs require.
