In this role, based in Chile, you will support the execution of the regional marketing strategy for a Surgery MedTech LATAM portfolio, contributing to business performance, customer engagement, and the effective deployment of key initiatives across countries.
As a Product Manager Associate (PMA), you will help drive portfolio growth and execution excellence, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, insight-driven, and compliant marketing execution in a dynamic regional environment.
You will be responsible for:
Regional Portfolio Management: Support the implementation of the regional portfolio strategy, ensuring consistency in positioning, segmentation, and value proposition. Contribute to portfolio performance analysis (sales, market share, trends, product mix), identifying growth opportunities and risks. Collaborate in demand planning processes in alignment with Supply Chain and Finance.
Commercial & Marketing Execution: Coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives (campaigns, promotional materials, scientific/commercial content, events), ensuring appropriate local adaptation when needed. Manage the development of marketing assets (briefing, review, approval processes) in line with compliance requirements. Support go-to-market initiatives for existing products to maximize adoption and penetration.
Customer & Market Insights: Gather and analyze customer insights (surgeons, healthcare institutions, and key stakeholders), translating them into actionable marketing initiatives. Support market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making. Identify opportunities along with the customer journey and propose value-driven improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Medical/Clinical, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and integrated execution. Act as a regional coordination point with local teams, enabling adoption of initiatives and continuous feedback loops. Interact with external partners (agencies, research vendors, event providers).
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement: Monitor marketing and commercial KPIs, assessing initiative impact and recommending optimizations. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working. Ensure full adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
Qualifications / Requirements:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. Additional education in marketing, business, or analytics is a plus.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing, commercial, or related roles. Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or highly regulated industries is preferred. Proven ability to coordinate projects and work effectively with multiple stakeholders, ideally in a regional environment.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (analytics and storytelling). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial and marketing data. Familiarity with CRM/analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI) and digital platforms is a plus.
Language: Native Spanish. Advanced English (mandatory) – required for frequent regional interaction, presentations, and materials.
