- 品質問題の調査を進め、データ解析をもとに原因と対応案を整理する
- 顧客品質対応に関わり、関係部署と連携して技術的な課題に対応する
- SPC、トレンドデータ、日々の品質情報を使った改善を進める
- 技術移管、技術的な打ち合わせ、サイト間連携に関わる
- 必要に応じて監査対応や技術的な品質対応に関わる
- チームメンバーへの技術的な支援や問題解決のサポートを行う
応募要件
- 品質管理、化学分析、または関連する技術的な品質業務の経験
- データを見て課題を整理し、実際の対応につなげられる力
- 関係部署と連携しながら業務を進められる方
- ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーションおよびライティング力

- ICP-MS, NMR, IC, LC-MS, GC-MS, GPC などの経験
- SPC、Lean Six Sigma、SAP、LIMS に関する知識

Job Title: Senior QC Engineer(Shizuoka)

[Job Summary]
This role covers quality issue investigation, data analysis, customer quality response, and improvement work using SPC and trend data. The person will work with related departments on technical issues, support stable quality performance, and help strengthen more advanced quality work in SOD QC. Experience in continuous improvement and in improvement or development of analytical or inspection methods would be an added advantage.
[Main Responsibilities]
- Investigate quality issues and analyze data to identify causes and required actions
- Support customer quality response and work with related departments on technical topics
- Drive improvement using SPC, trend data, and daily quality information
- Support method transfer, technical discussion, and cross-site quality collaboration
- Join audit-related work and technical quality responses when needed
- Support team members with technical advice and problem solving
[Requirements]
- Experience in quality control, chemical analysis, or related technical quality work
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and connect findings to practical actions
- Ability to work across functions and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Business-level English communication and writing skills
[Preferred]
- Experience with ICP-MS, NMR, IC, LC-MS, GC-MS, or GPC
- Knowledge of SPC, Lean Six Sigma, SAP, or LIMS
- Experience in customer quality topics, method improvement, technical transfer, or continuous improvement activities
- Experience in improvement or development of analytical or inspection methods is a plus
- Experience in quality work in a manufacturing site
