CAR-T is an innovative treatment for blood cancer that harnesses the power of a patient’s own immune system. By genetically modifying the patient’s T-cells to recognize and eliminate cancer cells, this advanced technology offers new hope to patients for whom other therapies have provided limited or no benefit. To support the expansion of CAR-T treatment capacity in Europe, we are looking for talented and motivated colleagues to join our CAR-T hub. The Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Group, a member of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, is recruiting a QC CAR-T Investigation Coordinator based in Beerse, Belgium.

As part of the QC team, your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting daily QC operations in close collaboration with supervisors, analysts, Production, Warehouse, and QA.

Leading QC investigations and preparing final investigation reports based on thorough root cause analysis.

Supporting and implementing improvement projects focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Developing and delivering training or awareness sessions within QC.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.

Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EU guidance is required.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, flexibly, and accurately.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably within Quality Control, is an advantage.

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Good knowledge of laboratory processes and systems is preferred.

At a later stage, candidates must be able and willing to work in a shift schedule. Shifts may include morning and evening work, depending on clinical and commercial demand.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€52.000,00 - €82.685,00
