About this opportunity

The Position

Are you ready to drive impactful change in a dynamic environment? As Project Manager - PPM H2R, you will shape organizational structures, methods, and digital governance across all GBS Process Management Hire to Retire towers, ensuring optimal activity distribution.

You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, strengthening delivery and process excellence while maintaining strong project governance. In this collaborative role, you will contribute to the success of strategic GBS initiatives and play a key part in transforming processes for the future.

Tasks & responsibilities

You will lead strategic, tactical, and organizational priority projects across GBS PM H2R, with a strong focus on Payroll and Time management.

By promoting agile ways of working, such as Scrum and Lean methodologies, you will actively support the transformation toward a more agile GBS organization.

You will establish PMO standards, methods, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent project execution across GBS PM H2R, following the official project framework (GBS united).

Through continuous improvement initiatives, you will optimize end-to-end GBS processes, ensuring efficiency, standardization, and scalability.

To strengthen operational excellence, you will define and implement process frameworks, workflows, and governance models that align with organizational goals.

Your role will include supporting the assessment and preparation of decision papers and value cases, enabling informed and impactful decision-making.

Requirements

Master’s or diploma degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering

Solid GBS and Payroll & Time knowledge (processes, operating model, governance, methodologies) and ability to drive innovation and organizational change

Highly motivated team player with strong analytical and conceptual skills, able to thrive in international, cross functional settings

Proven consulting and project management experience (agile and traditional, e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach) is a plus

Capability to deep dive into collaborative working models and IT tools, and translate insights effectively into the GBS environment

Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with strong English proficiency
