Internship in Project Manager & Governance in Healthcare Quality
Your Role:
The role supports demand shaping, project delivery, and capability building by partnering with stakeholders to clarify needs, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and drive execution against agreed plans and milestones. The person in this role will also help design modern upskilling approaches and use AI-based tools to create engaging audio and visual training materials.
Key Responsibilities
Support the scoping of business demands and contribute to business case preparation
Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements and functional specifications
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to support delivery against agreed objectives
Track, monitor, and report project progress against key milestones, deliverables, and timelines
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to help ensure alignment, clarity, and follow-through across project activities
Design and support upskilling approaches that build capability in line with business and project needs
Use state-of-the-art AI-based tools to create compelling audio and visual training materials
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and training approaches, with a focus on clarity, effectiveness, and adoption
Prerequisites
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Educational background in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, IT, or a related field
Preferred Profile
Experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a similar cross-functional role
Ability to translate stakeholder input into structured business requirements
Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to milestones and deliverables
Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and balancing different needs
Interest in digital learning, upskilling, and emerging AI-enabled content creation tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
