The Position
Die Abteilung Solids DP (Solida Produktion) ist Teil der Manufacturing Unit Solids am Produktionszentrum Kaiseraugst. In der Solida Produktion werden verschiedene feste Arzneiformen (Filmtabletten, Kapseln, Granulat in Glasflaschen) sowie kommerzielle als auch Entwicklungsprodukte hergestellt. Hierbei handelt es sich ausschließlich um High-Potent-Produkte mit einer Batch-Size zwischen 15 KG bis 100 KG. Das Produktionsteam besteht aus ca. 45 Mitarbeitern.
Die Möglichkeit
Als Produktionsexpert:in übernimmst du im Produktionsbereich die folgenden Aufgaben:
Herstellung von Filmtabletten, Kapsel und deren Zwischenstufen
Abfüllung von Granulaten in Glasflaschen
Bedienen, Rüsten und Reinigen der zugehörigen Produktionsanlagen und Räumlichkeiten
GMP-konforme Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten am Computersystem
Warenbewegungen von GMP-Materialien
Wer Du Bist
Um in dieser spannenden Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, bringst du idealerweise Folgendes mit:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung vorzugsweise im Lebensmittelbereich oder Pharmabereich
Erfahrung in der Herstellung von festen Arzneiformen (Kapsulierung, Tablettierung, Lackierung von großem Vorteil) im GMP-Bereich
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
Erfahrung in der Herstellung von High-Potent-Produkten (von großem Vorteil)
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit inkl. Nacht-, Samstag- und Sonntagsarbeit (5-Schicht)
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Du bringst Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und eine hohe Eigeninitiative mit. Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig.
