Planning Specialist
Your Role
As a Planning Specialist, you will serve as the dedicated focal point for New Product Introduction and Development (NPDI) and strategic business initiatives at the Jigani site. In this role, you will own the end-to-end planning and coordination of new product projects, from initial setup and resource planning through to a structured handover to the routine planning team, ensuring every transition is seamless, well-governed, and operationally sound.
You will take ownership of master data governance for new products within the ERP system, collaborating closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Research and Development to validate Bills of Materials, routings, and planning parameters. Acting as the central bridge across functions, you will drive cross-functional meetings to resolve bottlenecks related to material availability, capacity planning, and quality release, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that directly enables new business growth at site level. Your ability to manage complexity, maintain data integrity, and deliver structured handovers will be critical to the success of strategic initiatives and the long-term stability of site operations.
Who You Are
You hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience.
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or project management within a manufacturing environment, ideally in a multinational setting.
You bring hands-on experience with New Product Introduction or Development (NPDI) processes and understand the planning complexity that comes with launching new products.
You have practical experience with Master Data Management (MDM) in an ERP environment, with SAP experience considered a strong advantage.
You are highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and skilled at identifying and mitigating supply chain risks before they escalate.
You communicate clearly and confidently across diverse functional teams, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and are comfortable working within ERP systems on a daily basis.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and bring a proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of personal ownership.

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
