As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategy in alignment with local management and global marketing, and for executing tactical plans and initiatives to drive market share and sales growth for the assigned portfolio.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Prepares content of Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.
Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s).
Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
Identifies area market insights and opportunity via customer interactions.
Executes central marketing activities as well as regional initiated marketing activities
Monitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives
Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams to maximize activities: Scout centers, KOLs and OLs by disease within assigned territory
Identify specific needs for each segment of patients and the implications of the disease for each of them within assigned territory.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years as Product/Brand Manager.
Demonstrated track record in developing and executing effective business and marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
Strong command of English and Vietnamese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both internal stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
Proven experience in working with or managing pharmaceutical sales channels; exposure to the retail channel (e.g., pharmacies, drugstores) is a strong advantage.
Ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies to drive product performance and business growth.
