Job Description:
Inlexzo is a breakthrough innovation in Uro-Oncology, aimed to transform Bladder cancer treatment.
This portfolio treatment was recently launched and is expected to evolve and become Standard of care in multiple early-stage bladder cancer indication
The product manager’s responsibilities include:
Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies with long term perspective as our Uro-Oncology portfolio evolved in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives
Strategic thinking and building a competitive strategy tailored to a dynamic and developing market
Customer focus- immerse within the Uro-Oncology community and build a strong bond as a future key partner, maintain excellent KOL relationships and overall customer reach
Building and take a leading role in executing cross-functional tactical plan to leverage opportunities and address challenges in the market, including a multi-channel communication plan with customers
Intensive work across various interfaces with partners within the Inlexzo core team, the oncology Business unit, and partner departments’ teams within the company
Launching future indications and positioning them alongside existing ones
Monitor and analyse the product performance, market dynamics, competitive milestones and customer feedback to identify challenges and opportunities
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or another paramedical profession – required
Requirements:
Experience in product management in the pharma sector at an international company – required
Significant advantage for experience in hematology/oncology .
Proficiency in English
Valid driver’s license!
