The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to help execute professional marketing strategies for Erda-iDRS. In this role you will be developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and resources for oncology field teams and non-personal promotion. The product manager will work closely with a large, cross-functional team from Brand Marketing, Sales Leadership, US Medical Affairs, Commercial Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Oncology Portfolio marketing to develop professional marketing plans and tactics for Erda-iDRS.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead marketing tactic execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory oversight process and launch with field teams.
Develop and optimize promotional materials and field tools, partnering with agencies, sales, medical, INLEXZO brand team and training teams to ensure impactful, compliant execution and launch to field teams
Develop and execute HCP promotional tactics and content that support brand strategy, customer engagement, and launch objectives across priority customer segments.
Align and engage with the salesforce to drive appropriate use of materials and gather useful insights whilst incorporating field feedback, customer insights, and performance data to optimize content, messaging, and promotional effectiveness.
Help lead content development for sales meetings, selling assets, and non-personal promotion assets.
Partner with Sales Learning and Development to ensure field teams are knowledgeable on the product and disease state.
Work with print production and agencies to ensure resources to support field selling efforts and new patient starts are available and aligned to needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
Experience with project management
Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
Preferred:
Experience in field sales
Experience with product launch
Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
