You will define and translate brand strategy into effective marketing activities in order to contribute to business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure consistent brand performance, strong in field execution and full compliance of all activities.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute brand strategy to achieve revenue, market share and profitability objectives.

Create compelling value propositions tailored to physicians, pharmacists, payers, and hospital decision-maker

Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize activities based on performance insights.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated commercial plans.

Lead strategic planning processes, including annual brand plans and long-range forecasts.

Drive lifecycle management initiatives to maximize brand value and patient access.

Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

Develop strategies to increase biosimilar adoption among healthcare professionals, payers, and healthcare institutions.

Identify barriers to biosimilar uptake and implement initiatives to address stakeholder concerns

Manage marketing budgets, sales forecasts and performance KPIs.

Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Sales teams.

Build strong relationships and engage with key external stakeholders, in particular  with KOLs ,healthcare professionals, health care officials .

Our Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing expertise, strong commercial acumen, scientific understanding, and excellent stakeholder management skills. They are able to navigate complex healthcare environments, identify growth opportunities, and translate market insights into impactful business strategies. A successful Senior Product Manager in Biosimilars effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams, influences key stakeholders, and drives biosimilar adoption while ensuring sustainable business growth and improved patient access to biologic therapies.

University degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Marketing or Business related).

Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including at least 3 years in Product or Brand Management.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and commercial acumen.

Proven experience in brand planning, product launches, and lifecycle management.

Understanding of market access, reimbursement, and healthcare stakeholder dynamics.

Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office tools.

Compensation Structure & Criteria:  

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Job location: Warsaw, Poland

Work mode: hybrid - min. 2 days of on-site office work

Pay range (monthly salary): 13 350 - 24 800 zł gross

Variable compensation: 

- Annual performance-based bonus: 15%

-company car (or car allowance 2 900 zł gross );

-employee share program;
