Job Description:
Coordinate day-to-day implementation of brand and franchise activities across Neurology and Hematology & Nephrology
Work closely with Senior Product Managers to support execution of franchise priorities, coordinate ongoing projects, and ensure timely follow-up of key activities
Support execution of operational plans by following up timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder alignment
Consolidate market data, customer feedback, field insights, and competitor information to support business reviews and activity planning
Prepare and update regular tracking documents, brand performance presentations, meeting materials, and other commercial reports
Coordinate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and other relevant functions to ensure smooth execution of planned activities
Support development, update, and approval follow-up of promotional materials and other customer-facing content in line with compliance requirements
Coordinate digital and omnichannel activities by following up content, agency deliverables, approval processes, and launch timelines
Support organization and execution of cycle meetings, franchise meetings, internal engagement sessions, congresses, and external events
Work closely with the field team to gather needs, monitor ongoing activities, and support implementation of customer-facing initiatives
Follow up activity budgets, purchase processes, invoices, and related administrative tasks in coordination with commercial leadership
Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials and projects
Maintain organized documentation and ensure all materials and activities are aligned with internal policies, SOPs, and compliance standards
Build understanding of therapy areas, brands, customer segments, and market dynamics to contribute effectively to franchise activities
Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative cross-functional working environment
Background and Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management support, commercial operations, or a related role
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Experience in Neurology, Hematology, Nephrology, or Rare Disease is a plus
Experience in coordination and follow-up of projects, events, campaigns, or promotional materials
Exposure to cross-functional ways of working is an advantage
Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and disciplined approach to execution and follow-up
Analytical mindset with ability to work with data, reports, and presentations
Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good at teamwork and result orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English both written and oral mandatory
Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
No restriction to travel frequently and must have a valid driving license
