Product Chemistry Manager (all genders)
The Global Product Chemistry and Compliance Manager coordinates and supports Product Chemistry activities for the registration of an assigned portfolio of Active Substances (ASs), Plant Protection Products (PPPs), and co-formulants within the CP business.
The incumbent contributes to the implementation of Product Chemistry requirements and supports compliance of products between Registration and Production in accordance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and provide Product Chemistry dossier sections and supporting documentation for the registration of active substances, plant protection products, and co-formulants
Support regulatory submissions through responses to authority questions, expert statements, summaries, and direct interactions with authorities when required
Preparation and coordination of bridging, including toxicology, ecotoxicology, and classification input
Contribute to the planning and budgeting of Phys-Chem programs to support global and regional registration objectives
Prioritize Product Chemistry activities within the assigned portfolio to support efficient project delivery and reduced time to market
Collaborate with Product Supply on specifications, product changes, and portfolio streamlining initiatives
Represent Regulatory Science and provide Product Chemistry expertise in cross-functional projects, committees, and task forces (e.g., AIM, HorYzon)
Maintain and continuously improve Product Chemistry knowledge management systems, databases, and related processes
Contribute to the development and implementation of global Product Chemistry standards, processes, and regulatory requirements, ensuring a harmonized approach to registration activities worldwide
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor, Master's, or PhD degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Analytical Sciences, or a related field
Initial professional experience in a comparable environment is an advantage
Basic understanding of active substances, formulations, and regulatory requirements
Interest in the agrochemical industry and regulatory affairs
Digital mindset with an interest in data, digital tools, and process optimization
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong data management and digital literacy skills
High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
Proficiency in English
This is a fixed-term position for 24 months.
