We are searching for the best talents for Process Technician (Operations) roles to join our Operations team in Limerick, Ireland.

Purpose: The Process Technician supports manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment and processes run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. This role plays a key part in delivering production targets, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement within a regulated environment.

As a Process Technician, you will: 

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production targets

Perform routine process checks and document results in line with GMP requirements

Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimise downtime

Support line changeovers, setups, and cleaning activities

Escalate technical and quality issues in a timely manner

Maintain accurate production and batch records

Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance procedures (e.g. GMP, SOPs)

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)

Support process validation, equipment qualification, and audits as required

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance)

Qualification/Requirement:

Minimum Level 6 qualification (120 credits) in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related technical discipline (essential requirement)

Proven hands-on experience in a manufacturing/production environment

Exposure to automated or high-volume manufacturing equipment (robotics, PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, vision systems)

Knowledge of GMP/regulated environment

Ability to work shifts and in a fast -paced production setting

Good attention to detail and documentation skills

Strong teamwork and communication skills
