We are seeking a Preclinical Operations Associate II Program Management USA to join our Preclinical Operations organization, supporting our nonclinical development programs in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will drive planning, alignment, and execution activities while collaborating with Preclinical Operations, Bioanalytical Sciences, Scientific Writing, and Drug Safety and Pharmacometrics teams.

Discover your role:

Deliver program management support across Preclinical Operations, Bioanalytical Sciences, Scientific Writing, and Drug Safety and Pharmacometrics.

Facilitate development and execution of nonclinical plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Integrate nonclinical activities into broader development project plans.

Monitor progress against approved plans and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and variances.

Lead and coordinate sub-teams to support decision-making and accountability.

Maintain program information within Planisware, SharePoint, Teams, and MS Project.

Support process improvement initiatives through solution development and implementation.

You build strong partnerships and drive alignment across stakeholders.

This role requires:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or technical field.

Minimum of 2 years of project or program management experience.

Experience supporting cross-functional planning, execution, and program delivery.

Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and project communications.

Experience working with planning and collaboration tools such as Planisware, SharePoint, Teams, and MS Project.

Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to learn new processes, tools, and systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience supporting operational activities that improve communication, collaboration, and efficiency.
