ポジション概要

本ポジションでは、埼玉工場担当の財務ビジネスパートナーとして、予算策定、業績予測、月次決算、業績分析などを通じて工場の経営を支援していただきます。

経理・財務業務オペレーションに留まらず、工場のリーダーシップチームと密接に連携し、意思決定を支えるインサイトを提供することで、事業価値の向上に貢献いただきます。財務とビジネスの双方に深く関わりながら、幅広い経験を積むことができるポジションです。

埼玉工場の月次決算および財務報告の実施

年間予算・業績予測・中長期財務計画の策定

予算差異分析および経営層への提言

ダッシュボードや経営レポートの作成・管理

財務プロセスおよびシステム改善の推進

工場運営に関する意思決定支援および価値創出

応募資格

4 年制大学卒

製造業における財務業務経験 3 年以上

予算策定、業績予測、月次決算、財務分析の実務経験

原価管理および業績管理に関する知識

ビジネス部門とのパートナーシップ経験

ビジネスレベルの英語力および流暢な日本語力

歓迎する経験・スキル

財務、会計、経営学または関連分野の学士号以上

グローバル企業での工場ファイナンス経験

製造拠点における管理会計・原価計算経験

設備投資計画および投資管理経験

業務改革やプロセス改善の推進経験

データ分析やデジタルツール活用経験

We are looking for a Finance Partner-Saitama plant who is analytical, collaborative, and proactive to join our Finance team, based in our Tokyo office and Saitama plant in Japan.

About the role

As a Plant Finance Partner-Saitama plant , you will support the financial performance of a key manufacturing site by delivering financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business insights. You will work closely with manufacturing and business leaders to help drive better decision-making, improve business performance, and support strategic initiatives. This role offers broad exposure across financial planning, performance management, and business partnering in a dynamic global environment.

Who you'll work with

You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with manufacturing leadership, technical operations, and finance colleagues. You will partner with stakeholders across multiple functions, providing financial guidance and supporting business reviews, planning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

Lead monthly financial closing and reporting activities.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Analyze financial performance and explain key business variances.

Develop dashboards, presentations, and management reports.

Support process improvements and finance system enhancements.

Partner with operational leaders to drive value creation.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university

Minimum of 3 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment

Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing, and financial analysis

Knowledge of cost management and performance management

Experience partnering with business functions and stakeholders

Business-level English proficiency and fluency in Japanese

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in plant finance within a global company

Experience in management accounting and cost accounting at a manufacturing site

Experience in capital investment planning and investment management

Proven experience leading business transformation and process improvement initiatives

Experience with data analysis and the use of digital tools for business decision-making
