At Sandoz, our goal is to increase patient access to high-quality, affordable medicines. As a Pharmacy Business Consultant, you will drive sales growth, market share, and customer engagement across the Gold Coast territory through the acquisition, retention, and development of pharmacy customers.

You will build strong customer partnerships, deliver exceptional service, and position Sandoz as the partner of choice within the pharmacy channel while achieving territory sales and business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Drive sales growth, market share, and customer retention across the assigned territory to achieve business targets.

Identify and convert new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing pharmacy customers.

Develop and execute territory and customer business plans aligned to customer needs and the Sandoz value proposition.

Deliver best-in-class customer service and build trusted partnerships through effective communication and account management.

Maintain a high level of product, market, competitor, and industry knowledge to support customer credibility and commercial outcomes.

Effectively manage territory performance through strategic call planning, CRM utilisation, reporting, and data accuracy.

Achieve agreed sales, customer acquisition, call activity, and retention targets while monitoring territory performance.

Manage territory expenses and resources responsibly, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and budget requirements.

What You'll Bring

Degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or business-to-business sales.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.

Experience in territory management, including targeting, profiling, call planning, and business planning.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to analyse customer needs and develop tailored commercial solutions.

Pharmacy sales or FMCG experience preferred.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
