About the Role
The GSK US Respiratory & Anti-Infectives Sales Professional is responsible for engaging physicians and allied health professionals across independent practices, physician groups, and hospital systems to drive appropriate prescribing of GSK products. This includes influencing prescribing decisions versus competitive therapies for relevant disease states through compliant, face-to-face interactions, in alignment with approved product indications and prescribing information.

Key Responsibilities
Drive territory sales and market share growth across promoted COPD, asthma, and anti-infective products through targeted, compliant, evidence-based customer engagement.
Own territory business planning; analyze sales data and execute actions to meet goals.
Develop dynamic call plans and collaborate with local territory colleagues to maximize reach and frequency.
Build strong partnerships with Marketing, Payer Relations, Medical (MSLs), and other internal stakeholders to align strategy and resources.
Plan and deliver in-services, educational programs, and sample distribution in accordance with FDA regulations and company policy.
Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time (e.g., sample accountability, call reporting, eLearning, and expense reporting).
Comply with GSK policies, ethical standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications
BA/BS from an accredited institution
Valid driver’s license; driving is an essential function of this role
Willingness to travel within the territory, including occasional overnight and weekend travel, based on business needs
The selected candidate will be hired at the appropriate level based on experience:
Grade 8: Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or business-to-business sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual preferred based on location
Account management experience within local IDNs/large hospital systems
Experience in respiratory/allergy or other healthcare sales
Familiarity with managed care, formularies, retail pharmacy operations, prior authorization processes
Strong presentation, influencing and business planning skills
Self‑starter with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
