Your role: The People Development Partner is essential in shaping the talent development portfolio across our organization. This role serves as the main point of contact for learning consulting, facilitating alignment with a high-impact organizational culture and global learning initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing learning strategies based on comprehensive needs analysis and managing the annual Learning & Development portfolio to align with business priorities. This role will be deeply involved in designing customized learning solutions, evaluating training program effectiveness while ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to create and distribute training materials. This position provides a exciting opportunity to significantly influence employee development and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Who you are:

You have a minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development, ideally within a global, matrixed environment.

You demonstrate end-to-end ownership of learning programs, including needs analysis, design of customized solutions, content development, vendor management, and impact evaluation.

You possess proven consulting experience with senior stakeholders, effectively translating business strategies into capability roadmaps and delivering multi-region projects on time and within budget.

You have strong learning technology and data fluency, with hands-on experience using LMS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Learning) and virtual delivery tools.

You are skilled in using analytics and dashboards to report outcomes and drive continuous improvement in training initiatives.

You have experience in regulated, science-led industries, which is an advantage for this role.

You are adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with external trainers and vendors, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and development goals.

You are proactive in responding to inquiries related to Learning & Development topics and customizing training requests from the business.
