Job Description:
At Ipsen, we are committed to improving patients' lives through innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. We are looking for a Packaging Coordinator to support packaging artwork changes across our Specialty Care portfolio, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery throughout the product lifecycle.
About the Role
You will coordinate the creation and revision of packaging artworks for launches, regulatory submissions, variations, technical changes, and site transfers. Working with internal teams, external manufacturers, suppliers, and design agencies, you will help ensure packaging changes are delivered on time and meet regulatory and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate packaging artwork creation and revisions from initiation through approval.
Manage artwork change projects and track key milestones.
Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, external manufacturers, and design agencies.
Support packaging change planning and implementation across the product portfolio.
Maintain labelling compliance and support lifecycle management activities.
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
Support artwork management systems, processes, training, and onboarding.
About You
You have experience in packaging management, artwork management, supply chain, or operations, ideally within a regulated environment. You are organised, proactive, and confident working with multiple stakeholders across a global network.
You will also bring:
Experience managing packaging or artwork changes.
Knowledge of supply chain processes and artwork management systems.
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with external vendors, suppliers, or Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMO's).
Fluency in English and French.
