OT Network Engineer - Pharmaceutical

Typical Accountabilities- Develop, review, and approve asset and maintenance plans to ensure compliance, reliability, and cost objectives are met.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of capital investment programs by providing input on equipment and facilities renewal and making recommendations for improvement and replacement.
- Own and handle engineering change controls, deviations, and abnormal occurrences, ensuring accurate completion and compliance with engineering, safety, and operational standards.
- Identify, lead, and handle plant or asset improvement initiatives utilising Lean tools, continuously monitoring and enhancing assets, services, and processes delivered to internal and external customers.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation, including capital expenditure planning, financial program evaluation, and preparation of management reports covering performance metrics, forecasts, and alignment to key performance indicators.
- Assist with or lead the coordination of resources across departments and project teams to achieve program goals and business objectives.
- Provide technical advice and expertise, acting as a technical owner or authority in specific engineering areas.
- Support or lead the planning, management, and monitoring of major and minor projects from concept through implementation, delivering technical leadership in solving and applying global technical standards.
- Gather, analyze, and report on data relevant to business processes, compliance, continuous improvement, and risk management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry guidelines and emerging developments, sharing insights across teams to support overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable engineering, safety, health, and environmental standards for themselves, their team, and relevant partners, advancing non-compliance when necessary.
- Helps teams appreciate the benefits and adopt digital tools through structured efforts for learning and change management.
- May line manage a team.Qualifications and SkillsEssential: Relevant engineering qualifications; Sound understanding of principles and concepts in area of expertise; Sound understanding and experience of project management; Sound understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice, Safety, Health and Environment and Standard Operating Procedures.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Key Relationship to Reach SolutionsInternal: Members of all functions on project team; Members of engineering function.External: Suppliers and contractors.
The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $101,643.20 - $152,464.80. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives, an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
