Join our Forecast to Cash Leadership Team in GBS Wrocław as Order Management Team Manager, driving operational excellence, standardization, and innovation across global order-to-cash processes while fostering a strong culture of development and continuous improvement.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As an Order Management Team Manager, you are responsible for:

Ensuring high-quality and compliant delivery of Order Management services across multiple markets.

Leading and developing a team with a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and people growth.

Managing end-to-end Order Management processes, including sales order, billing, and issue resolution activities.

Ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.

Coordinating daily operations as well as month-end and year-end activities within the Order Management scope.

Managing workload, priorities, and escalations while driving resolution of complex operational issues.

Supporting system deployments and process transitions.

Acting as a key contact for Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Driving process standardization, automation, and performance improvement initiatives.

Monitoring KPIs and service levels to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

About our future employee

You should speak English at a minimum C1 level and have at least 5 years of professional experience in Order Management, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Customer Service Operations, or a Shared Services environment.

Additionally, we are looking for:

A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

Previous experience in team leadership, coaching, mentoring, or project management would be considered an advantage.

Strong expertise in end-to-end Order to Cash or related processes and customer-facing operations.

Practical experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Customer-centric approach combined with accountability and ownership.

Experience in process improvement, standardization, automation, or transformation initiatives.

High quality awareness, resilience, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Ability to work effectively in a diverse international environment and lead through change.
