The Position
Como Analista de Order Management, serás responsable de coordinar y ejecutar el ciclo de vida completo de los pedidos de los clientes, desde su registro inicial hasta la entrega final . En este rol, actuarás como el nexo principal entre los equipos de Ventas, Almacén, Transporte y Atención al Cliente, garantizando entregas a tiempo y en su totalidad (OTIF) para maximizar la satisfacción del cliente y la eficiencia operativa .
The Opportunity
Procesar, validar y dar seguimiento a los pedidos entrantes en el sistema, garantizando la precisión de precios, datos del cliente y condiciones comerciales .
Monitorear la disponibilidad de inventario en tiempo real y colaborar con Planeación para gestionar faltantes (backorders) o asignaciones prioritarias .
Coordinar con los equipos de Almacén y Transporte las fechas de preparación y facturación para asegurar las salidas a tiempo .
Proporcionar visibilidad proactiva del estado de los pedidos a clientes internos (Ventas) y externos, gestionando incidencias o retrasos de forma oportuna .
Tramitar solicitudes de devolución, notas de crédito y gestionar entregas dañadas o incompletas .
Dar seguimiento y monitorear indicadores clave del área (KPIs) como OTIF, entregas sin cargo, devoluciones y consignados .
Identificar cuellos de botella en el flujo de procesamiento de pedidos y proponer iniciativas de automatización u optimización de procesos .
Who you are
Profesional graduado o estudiante avanzado de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o carreras afines .
Más de 4 años de experiencia en roles de Order Management, Customer Service enfocado en Supply Chain o gestión de pedidos .
Manejo de herramientas analíticas (Excel intermedio-avanzado con tablas dinámicas y fórmulas) y deseable experiencia en sistemas ERP como SAP o herramientas de BI .
Dominio del idioma inglés (excluyente) para interacción y comunicación operativa .
Marcada orientación al cliente, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, flexibilidad y excelente manejo de la comunicación .

How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
