Join our Manufacturing Operations offline support team in a fully site-based role where you'll play a vital part in maintaining quality, compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our Product Supply operations. Main responsibilities

Support market introductions and product modifications within manufacturing operations

Participate in the preparation, review, and updating of procedures and batch documentation, including process improvement procedure updates

Perform batch review in line with quality and compliance requirements

Ensure adherence to the Sanofi quality system

Ensure practices meet cGMP requirements

Actively identify and participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects

Support manufacturing operations projects as required & attend team meetings as required

Conduct all duties in a safe manner and report any safety issues or concerns

Act as the quality point of contact for operations systems and processes, providing guidance and feedback on quality operational issues, escalating any concerns identified to the Manufacturing Operations Specialist or Manufacturing Operations Team Leader as appropriate

Support the timely review of documentation, deviation investigations, and customer complaints, highlighting concerns and assisting in their resolution

Complete CAPAs following deviation investigation outcomes

Collaborate with relevant departments to support the timely closure of quality actions and findings

Monitor and adhere to quality metrics, ensuring no late or overdue items within areas of responsibility

Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Support the team in achieving team goals and targets

About you

Essential

Experience working in a cGMP environment

Knowledge of cGMP principles and pharmaceutical quality systems

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to Right First Time

Good problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyse data

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to reason numerically and understand process scheduling requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments

Desirable

Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification

Experience with deviation investigations, CAPA, and batch documentation review

The salary range for this position is :€38 400,00 - €51 200 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
