KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans to maximize product performance, market penetration, and long-term business growth.
Manage multiple products across different stages of the product lifecycle, including pre-launch, launch, growth, and lifecycle optimization.
Lead market preparation and product launches, including value proposition, messaging, promotional campaigns, materials development, and tactical implementation.
Drive commercial excellence by partnering closely with the sales organization, identifying business opportunities, supporting execution in the field, and contributing to sales growth and market share.
Provide professional leadership to the field force through product training, scientific and commercial education, coaching, and development of customer engagement tools to ensure effective execution of brand strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, customers, and other external stakeholders to generate insights, strengthen partnerships, and support business objectives.
Establish and foster strong internal relationships while leading cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial Excellence, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, Compliance, Legal, and Global teams to successfully execute strategic initiatives.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and business performance to identify opportunities, define strategic priorities, and optimize brand performance.
Lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority, ensuring alignment and timely execution of business objectives.
Ensure all activities comply with company SOPs, industry regulations, and local compliance requirements while working closely with Regulatory and Compliance teams.
Continuously evaluate business performance through KPIs and implement initiatives to improve commercial results and customer experience.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Proven experience as a Product Manager within the pharmaceutical industry; oncology experience is highly preferred.
Strong strategic marketing mindset combined with a high commercial and sales orientation.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
Experience leading and professionally developing field teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly proactive, independent, and results-oriented.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Collaborative team player with the ability to motivate and engage others.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
MBA or other advanced degree is an advantage.
