About this opportunity
Role and Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate occupational health programs and services. Ensure health-related aspects of Emergency Response, Preparedness, and Business Continuity Plans are appropriately assessed. Ensure health related concerns are appropriately addressed for site and divisional best business practices.
Assist in the Incident Reporting and Investigations and assure compliance with regulatory aspects of this reporting and investigation.
Maintain on-site medical records in a secure location, separate from personnel records. These records shall be retained as per regulatory law and corporate policies
Health consultation & education
Manage employee health screening programs and provide health consultation, including recommendations for appropriate medical follow-up when necessary.
To participate in the maintenance of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions in the improvement of the work environment.
Infirmary room management (administration & first aid)
Provide prompt and adequate first-aid or emergency treatments in case of injury and/or sickness and, when necessary, bring employees to the nearby hospital;
Prevention and risk assessment of muscular skeletal disease and cardiovascular disease
Dispense medicines to employees & ensure proper administration;
Manage medicines and medical supplies, including inventory monitoring, utilization reporting, replenishment recommendations, and purchase requisition preparation. Maintain health records of the employees and monitor those with known and established medical conditions through regular check-up and counseling at least once (1) a month;
Annual Medical Check-up management for Employee
Management on Health Promotion Program (non-smoking, healthy diet , stress management etc…)
Nursing room management (Consultation for nursing & childcare)
Manage and serve as secretary for the Industrial Safety and Health Committee, including meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up actions. Management and development of mandatory training in terms of health and safety for employees
Monitor colleague health conditions and provide appropriate occupational health support, including management of communicable diseases and workplace health incidents.
Support company-initiated vaccination programs.
Provide guidance to employees regarding healthcare benefits and related programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nursing
License required: Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 yrs experience in health care organization or occupational health
English proficiency in writing and speaking.
Computer literate
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification in First Aid
Occupational Health or Workplace Health & Safety training
Experience in a multinational company
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
