Job Description:
Position Summary
As a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth by shaping product strategy, delivering impactful marketing initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
This role requires a strong commitment to customer-centricity, compliance, and Johnson & Johnson Credo values, while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Portfolio Management (40%)
Lead the development and execution of product strategy and lifecycle management for the assigned portfolio
Build and deliver integrated brand plans grounded in deep market, customer, and competitive insights
Drive key strategic initiatives (e.g., value segment expansion) to unlock new growth opportunities
2. Commercial Excellence & Sales Enablement (30%)
Partner closely with Sales to deliver against revenue targets and expand market share
Provide impactful marketing tools, campaigns, and training programs to enhance field force effectiveness
Ensure strong alignment between marketing strategies and execution in the field
3. Market Insights & Business Intelligence (20%)
Generate actionable insights through rigorous market analysis, customer understanding, and competitor tracking
Continuously identify emerging trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the market
4. KOL Engagement & Scientific Leadership (10%)
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with KOLs
Drive scientific engagement and product advocacy in alignment with compliance standards
Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred
Experience
5–8 years of relevant experience, with minimum 3 years in marketing or strategy roles; Experience in medical devices ,particularly in neurovascular, is preferred.Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering marketing impact

Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong communication and influencing skills
Language
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Technical Skills
