Job Description:
医療従事者向けの教育プログラムの企画・運営を通じて、事業成長および製品の適正安全使用に貢献いただくポジションです。
営業・マーケティング・メディカル部門およびグローバルチームと連携しながら、年間を通じた教育戦略の立案と実行をリードしていただきます。
1) 医療従事者向け教育プログラムの企画・運営
- 事業戦略や顧客ニーズを踏まえた教育プログラムの企画・実行
- 対面およびデジタルを組み合わせた学習体験(Learning Journey)の設計
- 営業・マーケティング部門と連携した教育施策の推進
- 学会や新製品導入スケジュールを考慮した年間教育計画の策定・運営
2) 医療分野の専門家(Faculty)との関係構築・ネットワーク開発
- 医療分野における著名な専門家や外部講師との関係構築
- 学会や教育活動を通じた講師ネットワークの拡大
- 将来の講師候補となる若手医療従事者の発掘・育成支援
3) コンプライアンスの遵守
- 医療業界に関わる関連法規および社内規程を遵守した業務遂行
- 高い倫理観を持ち、適正なビジネス活動を推進
4) グローバルチームとの協働
- APAC(アジア太平洋地域)およびグローバルチームとの連携
- ベストプラクティスや市場動向に関する情報共有
- グローバル施策の日本市場への展開支援
(経験・知識・スキル)
- 医療機器業界またはヘルスケア業界における営業、マーケティング、または教育関連業務の経験
- クロスファンクショナルな環境でのプロジェクト推進経験
- 社内外のステークホルダーとの関係構築・コミュニケーション能力

- 不整脈治療領域(Electrophysiology:EP)に関する知識または業務経験
- 医療従事者向け教育・トレーニングプログラムの企画・運営経験
