Job Description:

Liderança Estratégica & Excelência Médica

• Liderar o desenvolvimento e a execução da Estratégia Médica Nacional de Oncologia alinhadas ao times e planos

cross funcionais,  garantir alinhamento com as estratégias globais e regionais.

• Atuar como Medical Lead nos times multifuncionais de marca e lançamento, oferecendo liderança científica para

indicações atuais e ativos do pipeline.

• Supervisionar o engajamento científico, educação médica, geração de insights e atividades de geração de

evidências.

Liderança de Equipe & Gestão de Pessoas

• Gerenciar diretamente a equipe de gerentes médicos e MSLs, assegurando excelência no engajamento médico em

campo, planejamento médico, execução de projetos e compliance.

• Promover uma cultura de alto desempenho, rigor científico, responsabilidade e colaboração.

Apoiar o desenvolvimento de talentos, o planejamento de sucessão e a expansão da equipe conforme o portfólio

evolui.

Engajamento Científico & Gestão de Stakeholders Externos

• Construir e manter relacionamentos de confiança e longo prazo com Key Thought Leaders (KTLs) nacionais e

internacionais, sociedades acadêmicas e demais stakeholders do ecossistema oncológico.

• Representar a Ipsen em grandes congressos científicos e reuniões de sociedades profissionais.

• Garantir a comunicação científica oportuna, precisa e equilibrada de dados e insights médicos.

Colaboração Multifuncional

• Trabalhar em parceria e  de forma colaborativa com afiliadas LATAM, Global Medical Affairs, P&D, Operações

Clínicas, Acesso ao Mercado, Assuntos Regulatórios, Farmacovigilância, Relações Governamentais, Vendas e Marketing.

• Apoiar a pesquisa clínica e a viabilidade de estudos, garantindo engajamento adequado dos centros e suporte

científico aos ensaios em andamento.

• Assegurar governança médica e alinhamento com SOPs internas e códigos externos de conduta.

Educação Médica & Geração de Evidências

• Liderar o desenho, desenvolvimento e supervisão de iniciativas de educação médica (formatos digitais, presenciais e

híbridos).

• Apoiar estratégias de geração de evidências, incluindo dados do mundo real (RWE) e estudos iniciados por

investigadores (IIS), em colaboração com P&D e Operações Clínicas.

• Garantir a disseminação científica precisa, tempestiva e equilibrada das informações médicas.

REQUISITOS

• Graduação na área da saúde, MD ou PhD em área relacionada à saúde é desejável.

• Experiência prévia em Medical Affairs

• Histórico comprovado em oncologia e lançamentos de produtos.

• Experiência com gestão de pessoas, preferencialmente gestão de MSLs/time de campo

• Sólido entendimento de governança médica, requisitos de compliance e códigos de conduta aplicáveis.

• Experiência prévia relevante na indústria farmacêutica ou em Medical Affairs, incluindo participação em atividades como elaboração de dashboards, entre outras.

• Experiência no desenvolvimento, reporte e monitoramento de indicadores de desempenho médico e de pesquisa, com capacidade para treinar e desenvolver outros profissionais nessas áreas.

• Experiência profissional em Informação Médica (MI) e Serviço de Atendimento ao Cliente (SAC), com habilidade comprovada para gerenciar processos e garantir conformidade com normas internas e externas.

• Domínio do pacote Microsoft Office.

• Fluência em inglês, tanto na comunicação escrita quanto verbal.
