We are seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Sciences to join our Global Clinical Development team, supporting our Hematology Oncology programs. In this role, you will serve as clinical leader for a section of a clinical program, driving execution and clinical deliverables while collaborating with Clinical Scientists, Clinical Operations, Research, Medical Affairs, and external experts including regulatory authorities and key opinion leaders. When & where:

Location: Tarrytown, NY or Warren, NJ

Travel percentage: 10% to relevant conferences

Discover your role:

Lead clinical strategy and deliverables for an assigned section of a clinical program

Drive execution across trial phases in partnership with global line functions

Guide and support assigned Clinical Scientists and Clinical Operations associates

Represent the program in interactions with regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, and advisory boards

Partner cross-functionally with Research, Early Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and HE&OR

Contribute to internal decision boards shaping program direction

Shape Global Clinical Development standards by authoring or reviewing SOPs

Participate in training programs and strategic taskforces that advance clinical development practices

This role requires:

MD or equivalent medical degree with clinical Residency training

Hematology or Oncology fellowship training strongly preferred

More than 2 years of experience in clinical research or drug development (academic or industry), spanning Phases I through IV

Medical/scientific expertise in the disease area of the assigned program, hematologic malignancies, preferred
