Job Description:
Summary
Be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the marketing technology ecosystem that powers personalized, compliant, omnichannel experiences for consumers and providers in the beauty and medical aesthetics sector.
This role acts as the strategic and technical integrator across platforms (CMS, CRM, marketing automation, analytics) and teams (Marketing, IT, Data, Digital, Compliance), ensuring seamless content delivery, data governance, and campaign activation.
Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies
Own MarTech platform implementation
Lead implementation of MarTech platforms for consumer- and provider-facing content (e.g., role-based portals and journeys)
Own integration across CMS, mkt. automation, CRM, and analytics to enable personalization & outreach (e.g., promos, events)
Translate mkt. requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring data quality, privacy, & compliance (e.g., consent mgmt.)
Enable omni-channel content delivery
Ensure consistent content delivery across web and owned omni-channel media (e.g., KOL, training, product info, claims)
Oversee content workflows, personalization, and campaign enablement (e.g., events, promos/discounts, product updates)
Drive data, measurement, and governance
Ensure accurate data capture, tagging, and performance measurement (e.g., provider click rates)
Establish governance for content, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., consent & preference mgmt., GDPR, CPRA)
Coordinate cross-functional execution
Act as integrator across marketing, IT, analytics, and vendors
Manage implementation timelines, risks, and launch readiness
Technical Competencies
Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems (CMS, marketing automation, CRM, analytics)
Experience delivering omni-channel digital experiences and integrating platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe)
Ability to connect marketing strategy with technical execution
Strong systems thinking across content, data, and customer journeys
Clear communicator across technical, marketing, and business stakeholders
Knowledge & Experience
(essential):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Overall, 10 years of experience in a related field
6+ years of experience in MarTech implementation, MarTech integration, or digital transformation
Hands-on experience with CMS and marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, or similar)
Experience integrating MarTech platforms with enterprise data and analytics systems
Familiarity with privacy, consent management, and regulated content environments preferred
Proven track record of delivering E2E MarTech implementations
(preferred):
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
MBA
Overall, 10-12 years of experience in a related field (ie Commercial IT)
6+ years of experience in MarTech implementation, MarTech integration, or digital transformation
Hands-on experience with CMS and marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, or similar)
Experience integrating MarTech platforms with enterprise data and analytics systems
Familiarity with privacy, consent management, and regulated content environments preferred
Proven track record of delivering E2E MarTech implementations
Experience in the life science industry and B2C markets
The annual base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $210,000.
This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program.

The pay range displayed above is the range of base pay compensation within which Ipsen expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting.
