Market Development Representative
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead innovation initiatives by working closely with Sales teams, dealers, and growers to evaluate and successfully introduce adapted products aligned with business objectives.
Support Sales and dealer teams in generating demand through field activities, trials, grower interactions, and product demonstrations.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain engagement in dealer programs and commercial initiatives.
Identify market opportunities, assess market size and needs, and develop prioritized evaluation plans that maximize business impact.
Support commercial planning by identifying opportunities and mitigating risks within the Sales Operational Plan.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen team capabilities and improve the overall customer experience.
Coordinate and support trial implementation, grower training sessions, and product introduction activities.
Provide support to internal stakeholders as required.
Complete all mandatory training and compliance requirements on time.
Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Business Conduct and Human Rights principles.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in crop evaluation and introduction, with primary expertise in melon and watermelon.
English proficiency preferred.
Proven ability to execute demand-generation support activities aligned with business needs.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Willing and able to travel up to 40% across the region.
