Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is hiring a Market Access, Strategic Team Lead, Early-Stage Assets in our Market Access and Strategic Customers department located in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities
Lead Market Access Strategy teams for early-stage assets
Lead the File and Launch process for the organization.
Act as Market Access product lead with other Janssen departments, including Sales & Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Finance and Leadership team to meet future brand reimbursement and launch objectives
Drive integration of File and Launch framework into organization business planning processes
Accountable for Market Access management of File & Launch Dashboard
Subject matter authority on internal decision-making frameworks for pipeline assets
Shared accountability for pipeline asset dashboard
Work collaboratively with Market Access leadership to co-ordinate resourcing required to support new product planning activities.
Lead evidence generation process for early-stage novel assets
Represent Canadian Market Access in global new asset planning process to increase the probability of future reimbursement
Lead and facilitate advisory boards and research projects to test reimbursement strategies and messaging
Present clinical data, health economic data and product value messages to payors and other external customers as required
Work with a cross functional team to lead the development and implementation of data generation plans and projects (e.g., health economic analysis, database analysis, outcomes research studies, resource use surveys, patient-preference studies, etc.) that support reimbursement strategies
Collaborate with Access field team to ensure alignment of national and regional reimbursement strategies
Manage portfolio budgets
Qualifications
A minimum of an Undergraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, economics or health service sciences is required, a post-graduate degree or MBA is highly desirable
5+ years of Market Access experience in pharmaceutical or health related industry is required
Strong business insight is required - data assessment capabilities, market dynamics, portfolio planning, understanding of the marketing process, negotiation skills, critical thinking; innovative ideas; creative problem-solving
In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical lifecycle management and market access/reimbursement environment is required
In-depth knowledge of health technology assessment and health economic and outcomes research methodology & budget impact analyses
Experience with Canadian payers and key opinion leaders is an asset
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive execution with internal and external customers and suppliers
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven track record to partner and collaborate effectively across the organization
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
This position may require up to 20% travel
