Job Description

The AOIML Implant Assembly Line is an automated manufacturing system responsible for cutting, inspecting, labeling, assembling, and sealing implant products. The Manufacturing Technician plays a key role in ensuring efficient operation of the line while maintaining product quality, safety, and compliance standards..

The main responsibilities are;

Load and unload components required for production line operation.

Monitor and respond to equipment alarms to ensure continuous and efficient line performance.

Collaborate with Engineering teams and equipment vendors to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure products are assembled in accordance with established quality standards, customer requirements, and approved procedures.

Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company compliance standards.

Perform assigned tasks efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and operational objectives.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of automated manufacturing or assembly systems.

Strong commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment or process issues.

Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with engineering and external vendors.

Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Focus on productivity, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
