When & where:

Location: Raheen, Limerick

What you’ll do:

Providing daily, weekly and monthly schedules to enable production to meet plan

Assisting in the coordination of scheduling activities with both manufacturing and non-manufacturing groups

Providing the BPS with the appropriate level of detail in order to complete the job safely

Facilitating the daily Planning and Scheduling meetings with Manufacturing and supporting functions

Acting as the principle liaison between Maintenance, Process Utilities, Engineering, and Manufacturing to complete maintenance and repair activities

Initial screening of incoming work orders, priority of job, identification of scope, and analysis of the required level of planning

Performing data collection and analysis related to process durations, operator efficiencies, and characterizing scheduling delays

Creating data models using spreadsheets, code, or other relevant methods

Assisting in capacity planning decisions

Assisting in improving communication between different shifts, process areas, and levels of the organization

Assisting with the creation of scheduled start-up & shutdown project plans
