About the role:
As Service Delivery Manager Infrastructure Services, you ensure the stable, secure, and efficient delivery of core infrastructure services across the enterprise. You act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external providers and drive service quality, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Your contribution:
Own and manage infrastructure services such as Server OS, Database Systems, Virtual Apps & Desktops, and Windows Domain Services
Ensure stable, secure, and highly available operations across on-premise and hybrid/cloud environments
Manage external service providers and monitor service quality, SLAs, and performance
Oversee incident, problem, and change management for infrastructure services
Drive standardization, automation, lifecycle management, and service improvements
Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, resilience, and cost Efficiency
A good match:
Proven experience in IT Service Management and Service Delivery within infrastructure services (>5 years)
Strong understanding of server operating systems, database systems, virtualization, and hybrid/cloud environments
Good knowledge of ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, and Service Level Management
Experience in vendor management, service performance monitoring, and contract-related steering
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Service-oriented, structured, accountable, and focused on continuous improvement
Fluent English language skills, both oral and written
