We are seeking a Site Supply Planning and Scheduling Manager to join our IOPS Supply Chain Planning team, overseeing end-to-end production planning across Regeneron's internal and external manufacturing network for both clinical and commercial portfolios. In this role, you will drive master production scheduling, finite scheduling, batch management, and capacity planning, while serving as the planning liaison for site teams and collaborating with Operations, Finance, Regulatory, and Program Management. Discover your role:

Oversee the creation and execution of the site master production schedule, ensuring reliable supply of clinical and commercial products based on demand forecasts, program strategies, and operational capabilities

Act as the planning liaison for site teams, accurately reflecting manufacturing capabilities, constraints, and performance in the broader supply plan; proactively identify and resolve conflicts

Lead finite scheduling for production and post-production activities, managing coordination with external departments for maintenance, cleaning, validation, and microbial monitoring

Steward produced batches through post-production milestones, tracking batch statuses and mitigating risks to downstream supply nodes

Lead scenario-based planning and risk assessments to evaluate supply and business risks; implement business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted supply

Manage capacity project portfolio, recommending capital expenditures and aligning implementation plans with program, regulatory, and supply strategies

Implement real-time monitoring systems for schedule adherence; develop mechanisms to improve communication to and from the production floor

Champion continuous improvement initiatives to transform business processes, reduce lead times, manage costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency

This role requires:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Associate Manager: 6+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations planning within biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences

Manager: 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations planning within biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences

Demonstrated experience in an end-to-end planning role in a cGMP manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements

Expertise in production planning, capacity planning, and supply chain management concepts; experience with ERP/MRP/APS and project management systems a plus

Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects and portfolios; relevant certifications such as PMP, APICS, or Lean Six Sigma a plus
