Advance LEAN ways of working by identifying improvement opportunities and engaging the team in continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and quality standards in everything we do
Collaborate closely with five fellow Managers, the Production Director, and colleagues across production and operations support
Contribute to the continued development of the department as production volumes increase
Act as a visible role model for safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the shop floor
Your new department
You will join API M1, one of Novo Nordisk's showcase production facilities with around 650 colleagues. Fermentation and Recovery consists of approximately 160 employees across production and support functions.
Reporting to the Production Director, you will be one of six Managers in production, working together to deliver increasing production volumes while continuously raising the bar on safety, quality, and efficiency.
In everything we do, we believe in continuously developing people and processes in a safe and learning-oriented environment, creating the best possible place to work.
Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you combine strong leadership capabilities with a solid understanding of manufacturing in a regulated environment.
We expect you to have:
A relevant educational background combined with leadership experience in production, process, or manufacturing environments
Hands-on experience with LEAN and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement
Solid GMP knowledge and the ability to integrate compliance into daily operations
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop diverse teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively across functions
A structured and proactive mindset with the ability to set ambitious goals and drive results
