You will join the Pre-Filled Syringe Maintenance team, a highly integrated and collaborative group supporting the manufacture of commercial biologic medicines (monoclonal antibodies) delivered in pre-filled syringes. The team plays a hands-on role in keeping cutting-edge sterile manufacturing equipment running at its best, while also supporting the introduction of new products and technologies. It's a team where your technical expertise directly contributes to medicines reaching patients who need them.

Main responsibilities
• Perform repair and maintenance tasks on process and facilities equipment to ensure reliable production output, in line with quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
• Record and manage data in the computerised maintenance management system, including scheduling and tracking of planned maintenance activities
• Register new equipment assets and compile the data needed to build preventative maintenance programmes for new equipment
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers to define maintenance schedules, and manage the ordering and receipt of spare parts
• Support equipment acceptance testing (both at the supplier's site and on-site) and all qualification activities required before equipment is used in production
• Carry out all tasks in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP requirements, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines
• Identify and report safety concerns promptly, and conduct all maintenance work in a safe and compliant manner
• Communicate clearly and accurately on equipment status, planned maintenance, repairs, and any significant downtime events
• Provide cross-team support to facilities and manufacturing maintenance teams when needed
• Support the training of colleagues on equipment operation, maintenance tasks, setup procedures, and safety awareness

• Experience: Previous experience working as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a similarly regulated industry
• Soft skills:
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right first time
• Clear and proactive communicator, comfortable escalating issues and sharing updates across teams
• Collaborative team player who is also able to work independently on shift
• Adaptable and calm under pressure, particularly when responding to unplanned equipment issues
• Technical skills:
• Practical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance of industrial equipment
• Familiarity with computerised maintenance management systems
• Understanding of GMP, safety, and compliance requirements in a regulated manufacturing setting
• Education: A trade qualification (Junior and/or Senior Trades Certificate) or equivalent technical qualification is desirable; equivalent hands-on experience will equally be considered
• Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required

The salary range for this position is :€41 600,00 - €55 467 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
