Act as the Digital Workplace subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related workplace AI capabilities, including solutions such as Copilot Cowork.
Partner with business stakeholders, Microsoft, and Digital Workplace teams to identify high-value Copilot use cases, drive adoption and value realization, evaluate new capabilities, and maximize business outcomes from workplace AI solutions.
Work closely with the Microsoft 365 Copilot Service Owner and the Digital Workplace Experience & Enablement Lead to support strategy, governance, enablement, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Innovation
Evaluate new Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and related workplace AI solutions.
Assess business relevance and recommend adoption priorities.
Maintain awareness of Microsoft's Copilot roadmap and emerging innovations.
Participate in preview programs and pilot initiatives.
Keep IT leadership informed of emerging opportunities and trends.
Copilot Value & Advisory
Facilitate Copilot workshops to uncover productivity and business improvement opportunities.
Advise stakeholders on how to maximize value from Copilot and related workplace AI capabilities.
Define, measure, and communicate Copilot business outcomes and success stories.
Act as a trusted advisor on the effective adoption and value realization of Copilot across the enterprise.
Microsoft Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Microsoft on roadmap discussions, feature reviews, and capability evaluations.
Represent business requirements, user feedback, and enhancement requests.
Coordinate escalations and support resolution of business-critical issues.
Build strong relationships with Microsoft and key stakeholders across the organization.
Enablement & Community
Partner with the Digital Workplace Experience & Enablement Lead on communications, campaigns, webinars, and learning initiatives.
Support champion networks, power users, and communities of practice.
Create guidance, playbooks, FAQs, and reusable assets.
Promote practical Copilot use cases and success stories.
Governance & Responsible Use
Promote responsible, secure, and compliant use of Copilot and workplace AI solutions.
Partner with Security, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams.
Support governance activities, policies, and best practices.
Provide guidance on appropriate use and data handling considerations.
Qualifications
Required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Experience working with business stakeholders and technology teams.
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate technology capabilities into business value and measurable outcomes.
Passion for innovation, productivity, and workplace transformation.
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and workplace AI solutions such as Cowork.
Experience working with Microsoft and strategic technology partners.
Background in Digital Workplace, Collaboration, Productivity, or Workplace Transformation.
Understanding of governance, compliance, and responsible technology practices.
